Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and development of Customer Experience as well as the e-commerce area, working closely with our management and headquarters team.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Brands and Marketing team to analyze market trends related to Customer Experience and implement strategies across various channels and markets.
* Develop and execute actions aimed at improving Customer Experience by collaborating with various departments and guiding the Sales team in customer interactions.
* Define and enhance loyalty plans in line with target markets and different business channels.
* Identify business opportunities in the e-commerce channel and develop diversified commercial strategies for different markets, with particular attention to China and America.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong proactive skills developed in the fashion sector, particularly in international contexts, with knowledge of the American and Chinese markets.
* Familiarity with main digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, etc.).
* Education in Digital Marketing, E-Business, or Business Administration. International diplomas and degrees are highly valued.
* Mandatory fluency in English and Mandarin.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects.
