Innovative software solutions are built by our interdisciplinary and international project teams for clients. We are seeking an IT Project Manager (job sharing possible) to complement the team in our Market Unit Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex digitalization projects in the public sector environment with a focus on software development.
* Lead international project teams.
* Analyze, evaluate and coordinate client inquiries.
* Prepare offers, contracts and offer presentations.
* Plan, control and report on projects.
* Plan personnel deployment for different project phases.
* Ensure the flow of information and that developed solutions meet high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues, partners, suppliers and clients on modern collaboration platforms using agile methodologies and tools.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics or similar.
* Several years of experience leading software development projects in the public sector; hands-on experience in programming is a plus.
* Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and HERMES is an advantage.
* Experience in sales/presales and creating/negotiating offers and contracts.
* Independence, initiative, acumen and drive, along with a team- and solution-oriented approach and professional presence when interacting with various stakeholders.
* Fluent in both German and English.
