We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. This role involves providing coordinative support to the Head of Marketing and OTC Marketing Manager to ensure the commercial success of the brands, including promotional activities and collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams, key accounts, and agencies.
Major Accountabilities:
* Supporting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, website, etc.)
* Coordinating OTC activities with Key Account Management and pharmacies (in chains and groups)
* Conducting research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, providing insights to the marketing team
* Leading and co-leading OTC projects like campaigns
* Tracking the progress of marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively
* Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing recommendations for improvement
* Being responsible for the commercial activities in a product pruning lifecycle
* Key Performance indicators include customer satisfaction, delivery on time and independence and personal responsibility
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience of working in marketing or sales department is required; pharmaceutical industry experience would be beneficial.
* Fluent English and German (written and spoken) are essential; French is advantageous
* A patient/client-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
* Resilient, dynamic, able to react and adapt quickly in a fast-moving/changing environment
* Diligent, ambitious, proactive, thoughtful and a strong team player
* Friendly and service-oriented
