IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER YOUR ROLE
Maintain core services used worldwide, primarily hosted in Switzerland.
Handle day-to-day incidents, service requests, and changes at an engineering level (Level 3 support), following ITIL best practices.
Contribute to security patching and improvement initiatives.
Actively participate in project implementation, from proposal to delivery, identifying optimizations and suggesting new solutions.
Write and/or enhance technical documentation.
Share knowledge and continuously develop your technical skills.
May be required to work on rare occasions during weekends.
YOUR PROFILE
Essential technical skills:
Windows Server 2019/2022 (OS Basics, DFS, Cluster, DHCP, DNS, PKI...) – 5+ years of experience.
Active Directory (engineering level) – 5+ years of experience.
Server virtualization: VMware vSphere (most important) + Hyper-V – 5+ years of experience.
Office 365 (Azure AD, Azure MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).
Scripting: PowerShell.
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies.
Additional assets:
Storage: NetApp.
Backup/DR: Veeam Backup & Replication (or any other VM-based backup solution).
Application virtualization: XenApp, XenDesktop.
Federated identity: SAML, ADFS, Okta.
Load balancing / SSL offloading: Netscaler or F5.
ITSM: ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 or CMMI standards.
Soft skills:
