Job Description:
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team at DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of approximately 500 small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), generating around CHF 2 million in annual sales.
You will utilize various communication tools, including phone calls, virtual meetings, and video messages, to develop and maintain relationships with your clients. This role requires a proactive consultant approach, enabling you to identify customer needs and promote our services accordingly.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones
* Identify customer needs and promote our services through a proactive consultant approach
* Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, such as the Lead Qualification department and Field Sales Channel
* Ensure that current customer conditions align with our tariff and volume policy
Key Skills:
* At least one year of sales experience (training period or full-time job)
* Fluent German and English language skills (French is an asset)
* Pronounced communication and negotiation skills based on a consultant approach
* Excellent customer service orientation and strong quality awareness
* Autonomy and organizational self-discipline
* Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
* Interest and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry
* Proficiency in virtual communication tools (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Loom)
