Audi F1 Project: Shape the Future of Motorsport
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Our team will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026, with two locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland). The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.
The planned takeover by AUDI AG will turn two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it. We are looking for individuals who embody the mindset of an athlete, willing to push beyond limits and overcome challenges. If you share our passion for Vorsprung durch Technik and motorsport history, join us on this unique project.
We seek experienced professionals to bring their expertise to a young and talented team of vehicle dynamicists. As part of our team, you will focus on pre-event preparations and in-event support from the remote garage.
The position for the Audi F1 Project is located at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
