The Group is expanding its strategy and adapting to future needs. The Head of Stakeholder and Staff Engagement will lead the team managing core stakeholders' engagement strategy and operations.
Reporting Lines & Interactions
The role reports to the Managing Director of the Global Communications Group and leads a team of managers and individual contributors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop compelling content and processes to deepen awareness and engagement with the Forum's activities.
* Oversee marketing collateral design, creation, and dissemination in line with the Group's communication strategy.
* Develop trusted relationships with internal teams and partners to understand outreach needs.
* SUPPORT PARTNERS AND CONSTITUENTS IN COMMUNICATING THE IMPACT OF FORUM ENGAGEMENT.
* Manage a community of Chief Communications Officers from partner organizations.
* Develop and execute an internal communications strategy to inform and engage staff members.
* Identify and implement the latest communication trends and formats.
* Lead a team of communication professionals, providing leadership and supporting growth and excellence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Successful Candidate Assessment Criteria:
* Development and delivery of engaging messages relating to Forum activities.
* Active engagement of partners and constituents in communicating impact through Forum engagement.
* Collaboration with partners and constituents in anticipating and managing opportunities and challenges.
* Seamless execution and continuous improvement of the Forum's outreach strategy.
* Clear and timely communications to internal staff.
* Ability to coordinate and align internally within the Communications Group.
* Ongoing learning of the marketing and communication landscape.
* Successfully lead a team of communication leaders and professionals.
* Represent the Forum externally and at institutional events.
Required Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or other relevant areas.
* 15+ years of experience in business communications, outreach, and public relations.
* Proven track record of effectively engaging external and internal audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strong working relationships with senior leadership.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Experienced leader with a demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams.
* Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
