Part of the HQ Transformation department and reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will play a key role in driving digital projects, with a significant focus on our Omnichannel Content Foundation (coordination and management of the Omnichannel Content Platform and connected projects).
Based in our HQ, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders (Piaget HQ & Market teams, Richemont teams, digital agencies...) to support the digital transformation of the Maison.
Key Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Content Platform (OCP) Management: Represent Piaget's interests within Richemont Group OCP committees and workshops, collaborating closely with the Group's OCP Team to ensure brand alignment and consistency. Own and optimize the platform, ensuring its continuous improvement. Actively engage and foster the Maison's digital content community while leading and supporting change management initiatives. Provide training, support, and regular communication to users. Responsibilities include incident management, change requests, testing, and proactive maintenance.
Digital Transformation Projects: Actively participate in cross-functional projects and implement high value digital applications with a strong business impact. Identify new opportunities to leverage and bring digital solutions and methodology to address Piaget’s strategic challenges. Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery to required quality standards. Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder identification, communication, training, and resistance management.
Application Development & Maintenance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain innovative digital applications leveraging Microsoft technologies (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate). This includes requirements gathering, solution design, development oversight, testing, and deployment.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels (Piaget HQ & Market teams, Richemont teams, digital agencies). Actively participate in workshops and represent the Maison in relevant meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
3-5 years of experience in digital project management.
Proven cross-organizational collaboration skills
Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and highly organized.
Expertise in application development using Microsoft technologies (SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate).
Client-focused and solution-driven business approach
Agile, proactive, innovative, curious and results oriented.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude.
Fluent English and French.
