MinWave Technologies SA is seeking a bilingual (English and French) Administrative Assistant and Accountant to join our team at EPFL Innovation Park in Lausanne. This dual-role position is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational and accounting skills to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
Coordinate logistics, manage office supplies, and ensure an efficient work environment.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional responses in both English and French.
Accounting Duties:
Handle general accounting tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role with data entry for accounting systems responsibilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Acquaintance with one accounting software; knowledge of Swiss accounting regulations is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
