Your Role
As a Sales Market Manager, you'll be responsible for achieving financial targets, driving business growth, and fostering a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include:
* Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop effective sales strategies aligned with business goals, identifying growth opportunities and standardizing processes within the D-A-CH Sales team.
* Team Leadership & Development - Empower and mentor your Sales Team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Customer & Market Focus - Prioritize strategic accounts based on customer needs and market trends, implementing our Where to Compete model to drive growth.
* Operational Excellence - Ensure the team adheres to sales processes and marketing strategies, enhancing operational efficiencies through clear governance and accountability.
* Innovation & Transformation - Drive digital transformation in sales, embracing new technologies and omnichannel approaches.
* Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives and strengthen our market position.

Requirements
We seek a strategic leader who brings:
* A university degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
