Project Manager Job Description
This role involves overseeing IT projects, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to deadlines and budget constraints.
* Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
* Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communications documents.
* Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, external contractors, and consultants.
* IDentify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
* Track project milestones and deliverables.
* Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
* Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).

Preferred Qualifications:
