Position: Paid Internship in Business Analytics - 4/6 Months (m/f/x)

Business analysts work closely with Consumer Knowledge, Marketing, Sales and Finance teams, analysing multiple data streams and building analytical tools to influence business strategy across supply chain to retail & media campaigns executions.
As a BA intern, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering analytical updates and insights directly to senior business leaders, using advanced analytics techniques to identify key growth opportunities and shape our strategy.
* Leading and improving the analytical program, influencing the data & business strategy for your business unit/category together with consumer research group.
* Building next-generation business analytics tools for category analysts and business partners, owning new applications from design-thinking up to user adoption.
* Upskilling our organization on data analytics & advanced algorithms.
* Collaborating with multi-functional teams (Consumer Research, Finance, Marketing) and IT teams (Data Engineers/Data Scientists) to translate innovations into robust solutions.
* Participating in P&G's analytics capability program.
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
* Enthusiasm and curiosity about business, technology and data.
* Bachelor or Master Degree in quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics etc); minor in Economics or Business Management preferred.
* Comfortable working with diverse scenarios, handling multiple priorities and having a business & consultancy mindset, while being technically-savvy.
* Passion for trying new things, learning quickly and working well with diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, dynamic and can-do attitude.
* English required (written and oral).
Preferred knowledge:
* Data analytics and visualization skills / tools (KNIME, Spotfire, PowerBI or similar).
* Programming languages (SQL, Python, R, C#, etc.).
