Your mission
We are looking for a proactive and curious Marketing Intern to support the Audi F1 Team marketing across a wide range of topics—from brand and brand activation, to digital platforms, merchandising & licensing, and marketing performance tracking. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of global sport, premium branding, and cutting-edge marketing. As part of a fast-growing team preparing for Audi’s official entry into Formula 1 in 2026, you will gain exposure to high-impact projects and work closely with internal experts and external partners. Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations and project coordination across all key workstreams.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of brand activation and partner campaigns
- Manage and track digital platform content, assets, and CRM initiatives
- Contribute to merchandising, licensing, and e-commerce initiatives
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing performance evaluations
- Conduct competitive research and compile trend reports across sports, automotive, and digital marketing
- Help coordinate with agencies, support event preparation, and review creative assets
- Maintain team documentation and marketing calendars
- Support internal communication and alignment across departments
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, or CMS is a plus
- Strong interest in sports, digital marketing, and brand experience
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Team player with a proactive mindset and a hands-on attitude
- Proficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
