Your responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the firm’s finance, IT and HR operations – reporting to Executive Management Overall management of the firm's operational back-office staff Drive project implementation and execution Ensure and optimize process flows to enhance operational performance Administrative support for Executive Management/Chair Your profile: Experience as COO, office manager or other executive managerial function, ideally in the legal profession or professional services firm Strong in process implementation Team player, entrepreneurial and authentic leader with impeccable reputation Ability to think strategically in a multidisciplinary approach High level of commitment, pronounced resilience and exceptional social skills Fluent in German and English, French an advantage We offer an interesting position with attractive employment conditions and development opportunities.
