For our client in the financial sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional 1st Level Support Specialist 40% (Mondays and Tuesdays).
We are looking for somebody committed to a long-term contract at 40% onsite with our prestigious banking client in the heart of Zurich.
Your Responsibilities:
* Hands-on support for local users
* Ensuring overall management of the infrastructure (Servers, Workstations, Laptops, Printers, Networks, etc.)
* Planning and reporting to the Branch's IT Needs (setting up PCs, Movings, etc.)
* Daily controls/checks (alarms, video, technical rooms, etc.)
* Hardware asset inventory
* Planning and implementation of bank moves, including office planning
Your Profile:
* Experience in 1st Level Support, ideally within the finance/banking sector
* Understanding of logistics, IT and security topics
* Demonstrated experience in providing top-level support in a Microsoft desktop environment
* Strong skills in regard to the technical infrastructure systems (Network, Operating Systems, Monitoring Software and Database)
* Excellent problem-solving skills, drive, and ownership
* Professional appearance and very good communication skills are required
* Fluent in English, German is a big plus
