Responsibilities:
Preparation of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines for maintenance, such as unwrapping, de-preservation, etc.
Handle Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines between ship stands, pedestals and trailers in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
Perform incoming inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals and report findings to engineering.
Perform outgoing inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Initiate corrective actions in case of findings.
Documentation of installed Engine Components with Vocollect System.
Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
Continuous improvement of executed processes, aiming to improve quality and reduce production costs.
Your Profile:
Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics or equivalent).
More than 2 years of experience.
In case of field assistance: willingness to travel.
Willingness to work in two shifts.
Solid communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Independent, precise, and responsible work.
Open-minded, dedicated team player.
High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
Solid in MS Office and SAP experience.
German and English Level B1.
