Job Description - Data Analytics & AI Sales Director Data Analytics and AI (DAAI) is part of Wipro Enterprise Futuring (WEF) Global Business Line (GBL). The objective of this Service line is to help client organisations transform to an “ Intelligent Enterprise ” – A Digital enterprise that infuses trustworthy AI into the Business Processes, supported by actionable insights, powered by curated data. D&A team is dedicated to this vision by working across 3 pillars i.e. Business process transformation, Data transformation and Insights transformation. We leverage industry experience, deep technology expertise and a comprehensive portfolio of services combined with an agile and flexible engagement model. We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can be part of DAAI group and help our regional clients in shaping the right vision, strategy and execution model of their Data, Analytics & AI products, services, processes and propositions to their internal and external clientele. In doing so, grow Wipro business in a profitable manner.
Key Responsibilities Guide customers on Data Analytics & AI adoption journey with focus on keeping existing Data & Analytics investments relevant.
Sales Experience: Successfully carry revenue targets in Data and AI selling, Account Planning, Solution Selling with focus on growth KPIs – Order booking, Revenue, Net billable headcount and Operating margin.
Work with the Account teams, Pre-sales, Consulting, Solutions, Delivery teams to create GTM strategy while developing and evangelizing value propositions to existing and new stakeholders within the account.
Qualifications Ideally 15+ years of relevant business experience gained within a large Consulting or system integration organisation as either a consultant or sales professional, with at least 3 years of relevant Data Analytics sales background.
Expertise with advanced concepts of cloud data platforms – Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica. Understanding of various data, analytics and AI workloads on cloud.
Working experience on operational analytics using SAP BW, BO, Qlik, Tableau etc.
Knowledge of self-service analytical tools. Knowledge of new age analytical/visualisation platforms such as ThoughtSpot and Incorta etc.
Strong experience on Master data management, Data migration, Virtualisation technologies. Understand, analyse and recommend futuristic data and analytics roadmap.
Strong Exposure to interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.
Additional Information The career opportunity is with Wipro’s Sales Group. The Practitioner Sales (PR) is accountable for developing global accounts for the Service Line. PR focuses on driving sales and revenue growth within a region across verticals and works with a set of Enterprise Business Managers in a cross-functional manner to achieve Service Line targets.
