Your responsibilities
* Team Management: Manage the sales team, including creating shift schedules and training team members.
* Sales: Active sales on the shop floor (>50% of the time, including 2–3 Saturdays per month and 1–2 Sundays per year).
* Ownership: Full responsibility for the store, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
* Feedback Management: Gather and consolidate product and process feedback and initiate improvements.
* Reporting: Perform daily closures as well as weekly and monthly reporting.
* Returns Management: Handle all returns for the Swiss market (online and offline).
* Customer Service: Support in-store, via phone, and email (approx. 1–2 hours daily).
* Inventory Management: Track inventory and organize replenishments from Italy.
* Repairs: Conduct minor repairs on bags and assist customers with simple repairs.
* Order Processing: Pack and ship orders (approx. 0.5 hours daily).
* Continuous Improvement: Drive and implement optimizations in store operations.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with your Store Manager Assistant and Sales Assistants to build a strong and motivated team.
Your profile
* Execution Power: Ability to complete tasks quickly and reliably.
* Planning & Strategic Thinking: Confidently manage both operational and strategic tasks.
* Coordination: Work effectively with other departments and external partners.
* Ownership: Take responsibility and actively seek solutions.
* Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to Develop: Desire to grow personally and improve the store continuously
