About This Role
We're seeking a skilled HR Partner to support employee relations and growth by advising and managing the entire employee life cycle.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert guidance on HR-related topics to line managers and employees.
* Recruitment, performance management, and offboarding processes.
* Conflict resolution and performance management of complex employee cases.
* Developing and optimizing HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvement measures.
* Collaborating with other departments for seamless HR operations.
Requirements
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in employee relations and growth with extensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with line managers and employees while handling sensitive information.
* Proven ability to manage complex employee cases and develop effective solutions for a positive work environment.
* Collaborative approach to work with data analysts on HR metrics and strong documentation skills for employee development.
* Experience collaborating with stakeholders, including leadership and legal teams, to ensure effective HR operations.
* Adaptability to manage multiple tasks throughout the employee life cycle, fostering continuous improvement.
