Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager/Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our team, driving sales growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating new staff members, inspiring them to excel in customer service and skills development.
* Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience by maintaining knowledge of collections and stock availabilities.
* Store Operations: Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with labor laws, monitor financial procedures, and analyze sales results.
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment, ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
Requirements:
* Education: Relevant education within Retail, Sales, Management.
* Experience: Experience in Retail sales and in-store (deputy) management.
* Candidate Profile: Highly customer-oriented, strong drive and initiative, proficient in sales strategy, skilled with numbers, budgeting, and some financials.
