Overview
Microsoft's UN & International Development Team focuses on empowering UN Agencies and International Organizations on their digital journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our UN & IGO customers, delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet the strategic priorities of these critical organizations and help them leverage Cloud & AI technology as a core enabler for social impact outcomes at scale, while driving business growth and political relevance.
As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to leverage Microsoft Cloud Technologies, with special emphasis on AI, Data, Security and Low-Code, to drive the digital transformation agenda of our most Strategic customers and achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.
Leveraging your large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.
This role requires a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration. You will execute against your customer's account plan and leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or similar areas
* 12+ years of experience in Business Transformation and/or Digital Transformation work in the International Development, Government, Education, Human Services or Health Sectors
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
* Prior experience in consultative sales, digital advisory, strategy consulting and/or large complex digital transformation engagements will be a plus

Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession
* Achieve customer satisfaction by driving executive engagements with key business decision makers and C-Level executives focused on the core strategic priorities of their organizations
* Deliver business growth through leading and empowering a multi-disciplinary Account Team, partnering with Solution Specialists and the broader One Microsoft Team
* Lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) to achieve customer business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle based on strategic account planning
* Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets, and win against competition through flawless execution
* Lead partnership across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft
