Senior Product Owner

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Work within one of our scrum squads that are fully responsible for their applications from code to production (DevOps).
2. Focus on the payment infrastructure, including issuing transaction.
3. Ensure the performance of services under high constraints (speed, high availability, robustness, quality, etc.)
As a Product Owner, You Will
1. Strongly collaborate with squad members and continuously align with various stakeholders (business engineers, project leads, other product owners) to ensure your squad delivers robust, highly available, and performant software on time and within budget.
2. Plan the squad’s activities and manage different deadlines, project, and release timelines.
3. Take ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the squad’s applications.
4. Support various stakeholders by troubleshooting and resolving any issues occurring in production, ensuring constant system improvement.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
1. Higher degree in IT, Management, or related fields.
2. Proven track record (5 years +) working experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
3. Willingness to learn new things and continuously improve, interested in payments business.
4. Eagerness to take application ownership and embrace responsibilities.
5. Team player.
6. Excellent written and spoken English and German.
7. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and participate in client workshops.
8. Ability to work efficiently in an agile squad and manage delivery load.
9. Experience working in a complex, multi-site, multi-technology, and multi-language environment is a plus.
10. Knowledge of the payments and card management business and related technologies is advantageous.
