Your Responsibilities: Manage growth and gross margins through new product developments, product improvements and creation of business plans for the existing and new products. Maintain industry, technical and application knowledge. Follow market trends and customer requirements as well as continuous competitor analysis. Establish processes for continuous tracking of market prices, target cost analysis per product and consistent cost-out programs. Cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, planning and process engineering. Technical clarification of customer requirements and change requests. Maintenance and development of product documentation (incl. marketing brochures). Technical sales support to global sales team and directly to global customers. Support in customer visits and presentations, provide quotations. Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, etc. Responsible for costing, profitability, and business cases.
