The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all banquets and events in the hotel, ensuring an excellent Guest and Member experience, optimizing sales, evaluating performance, and ensuring staffing levels meet demand.
Reports to: Cluster Banqueting Director / Managing Director
The Role Be responsible for all Banquets/Events/conferences
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage Restaurant, minibar, and Room Service, with strong contact with customers
Manage staff and staff performances
Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing all new staff members (employees and seasonal)
Contain costs and maximize sales
The Candidate 8+ years of experience as Banqueting Manager / Supervisor
Great communication and customer care skills
Leadership is mandatory for this role
Fluent knowledge of at least three to four languages
International experience is preferred
