Key Responsibilities
1. Drive and deliver customer-focused data analysis to support and develop local operations and customer needs.
2. Communicate with internal clients and third parties.
3. Utilize internal systems to provide analysis of trends, risks, and opportunities.
4. Provide expertise, solutioning, leadership, and training in the use of the WMS.
5. Implement best practice initiatives seeking out or supporting system efficiencies.
6. Lead regular and ad-hoc tasks, depending on the project and customer requirements.
7. Understand agreed customer and internal KPIs and work with the site team to ensure results meet or exceed expectations.
8. Support financial reporting and capture of operational volumes and productivities.
9. Support operational data capture and create relevant analysis documentation for customer and internal use.
10. Present data analysis to customers and internal stakeholders.
11. Assist with other clerical and operational duties as required.
12. Attend all training programs provided in line with the needs of the role, applying the skills learned.
We are looking for
1. Good working experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
2. Good knowledge of the relevant WMS.
3. Experience in a Warehousing/Logistics environment.
4. Strong communication skills at all levels.
5. Experience in presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ability to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
7. Coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
8. Assistance in achieving customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
