Responsibilities:
As a CTO for the Swiss market, you will manage the Service Desk, oversee IT Support (L1 to L3), be in charge of VIP assistance, team leadership, and incident management. You will also optimize processes, manage IT assets (Macs, PCs, iPhones, iPads), oversee setup, updates, and inventory, and provide user support (incident resolution, request handling, access management via Active Directory). Additionally, you will lead Service Desk projects, including the implementation of ServiceNow.
Profile:
* Master in Engineering, IT, or Economics
* Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience
* Good knowledge of core technologies
* Good knowledge in Data and Infrastructure
* Good knowledge in IT Service Management processes and tools
* Good knowledge in project management methodologies
* Knowledge in multi-layered applications landscape and functional architecture
* Knowledge in digital technologies and data privacy
