Responsibilities: In the finance department, you will take over accounts payable and receivable accounting.
You will also maintain lists of budget costs and liquidity.
Preparing the accounting statements is also among your interesting activities.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for tasks in human resources, such as handling registrations and deregistrations, BVG, and social insurances, as well as monthly payroll.
In sales support, you will participate in customer care and consultation.
Order entry, processing of export orders, logistics tasks, and deadline monitoring will round out your diverse range of tasks.
The workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on your preference.
Requirements: You have completed training as a businesswoman/businessman or equivalent.
Professional experience in accounts receivable and payable accounting as well as in sales support is required.
Foreign language skills in English and/or French are an advantage but not a requirement.
Proficient use of common office programs and ERP software will make your workday easier.
