We are LEDCity, a cleantech start-up founded in Zurich, with the goal of reducing energy consumption in the lighting sector worldwide by 80%. To achieve this, we are developing a globally applicable lighting system that uses sensors to control the lighting according to demand.
Aufgaben
Main Tasks
* Strategic management: Supporting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
* People Planning: Contribute to the planning and development of the organization’s human resources, working closely with the CEO to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
* Team development: Provide guidance to HR team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
* Employee relations and support: Serve as a point of contact and advisor to the executive team and HR leaders on all HR-related matters. Support employees and leaders with personnel issues.
* Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Process and Quality Improvement: Ensure ongoing compliance and development of HR processes and quality standards. Promote synergies within HR and across the organization.
* Manage HR administrative tasks.
Side tasks
* Ensures efficient handling of HR documentation and correspondence.
* Help develop HR metrics and reports to inform management decisions and identify trends for improvement.
Qualifikation
Must Have's
* Completed studies with a focus on Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar, or a federal certificate in HR.
* You have professional experience in human resources which you have gained ideally in a scale-up and know the various challenges in the growth phases.
* You are emotionally intelligent, friendly and communicative. These skills allow you to connect with employees on a personal level.
* You possess excellent written and oral German and English skills.
* You have strong leadership and management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* With a strong willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality, you're excited to take on new challenges and grow alongside a thriving scale-up.
* You have a passion for sustainability and people.
Nice to Have's
* Next to German, you speak French and/or Spanish.
* You have worked with the HR Software Personio before.
* You're well-versed in employment laws and regulations, giving you the knowledge and expertise needed to navigate legal issues in the workplace.
* You possess knowledge in Payroll and Social Insurance systems.
* You are a seasoned Microsoft Office user.
