As part of our Technology & Operations unit, and more specifically within the Operations department, in an environment of constant technological and regulatory change, we are looking to strengthen the Payment Transactions department. You will join a team of nine people responsible for controlling and executing transfer orders.
YOUR ROLE
1. Process account closures accurately and promptly to adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring smooth account management transitions for clients.
2. Analyze, control, and execute various types of incoming payments, including client incoming funds, bank-to-bank transfers, and manual entries, to manage cash flows effectively and maintain accurate financial records.
3. Analyze, control, and execute different types of outgoing payments, such as customer payments, bank-to-bank transfers, standing orders, QR payments, managing pending LSVs, and processing DTA/CSV/SAP files, to facilitate seamless and secure fund transfers.
4. Manage the bank's various mailboxes efficiently, responding to inquiries and requests from internal clients in a timely and professional manner to provide excellent customer service and support.
5. Process management fees accurately and in compliance with established guidelines to ensure correct billing and financial reporting.
6. Handle the issuance and collection of checks diligently to facilitate payment transactions and maintain financial integrity.
7. Manage broadcast and analyze requests from Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners for changes in correspondent relationships, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
8. Conduct investigations and resolve pending reconciliations related to outgoing payments, incoming funds, and correspondent fees meticulously to uphold financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
9. Actively participate in IT projects, contributing insights and expertise to drive successful project outcomes and enhance operational systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness
YOUR PROFILE
10. Professional Maturity from a business school or CFC
11. Experience 3 to 5 years in banking operations, more specifically to payments (SWIFT, SIC, EUROSIC, SEPA)
12. Ability to maintain strong knowledge of SWIFT messages
13. Work effectively in a team, be flexible and dynamic
14. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and respect
15. Exhibit resistance to stress
16. Display strong time management and prioritization skills
17. Possess excellent analytical and critical skills
18. Implement improvements and innovation (new ideas or methods to execute certain tasks)
19. Be proficient in French and English (level B2 or above), with other languages as a plus
