Job Description
* Financial Management: Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and internal reports, ensuring alignment with the corporate headquarters.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and control financial KPIs, cost centers, profit centers, and margins to support strategic business decisions.
* Sales Performance Analysis: Build and enhance tools for analyzing pricing, margins, and portfolio performance.
* Cost Management: Initiate and manage cost type, cost center, and profit center controlling for improved financial oversight.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support activities related to compliance, taxation, IT, and risk management to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
* Educational Qualifications: Completed or ongoing studies/training in controlling, finance, or business administration.
* Relevant Experience: A proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the subsidiary of an international corporate group.
* Analytical Strengths: Strong entrepreneurial thinking, advanced numerical skills, and a highly analytical approach.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other relevant systems.
* Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication capabilities.
