Job Title: Client Service Management Specialist
We are seeking a full-time Client Service Management Specialist to join our team in Zürich, Switzerland.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist corporate clients with transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services.
* Ensure timely resolution of client queries within agreed service levels and meet client satisfaction standards.
* Coordinate between clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners, including custodians.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date management systems with client information.
* Provide education to clients on account services and capabilities.
* Support the preparation of reports and materials for client meetings.
* Capture necessary documentation for new account openings and service requests.
* Organize marketing events and manage marketing materials for the team.
* Develop a detailed calendar of activities for the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Understanding of financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers.
* Experience in client servicing and customer support.
* Familiarity with securities and global custody products.
