Key Responsibilities
* Identify key stakeholders necessary to undertake this role and ensure sufficient communication/agreement.
* Engage with the Physical Security community to ensure communication, coordination, and engagement to fully understand business needs and industry related risks.
* Lead identified working groups with relevant stakeholders to identify business/user needs and test solutions.
* Contribute and lead when required the operational and tactical implementation of Physical Security framework for strategic operations.
* Lead, in collaboration with the Group Security Cyber Resilience team, Richemont's innovation strategy for Physical Security technology.
* Ensure future-proofed technology supporting business objectives and against relevant identified risks.
* Facilitate lessons learnt sharing (best practice / RETEX formalisation).
* In agreement with line management, carry out site visits and enable key stakeholder engagement to fully understand business opportunities regarding technology.
* Own to the Physical Security minimum standards and guidance for technology.
* Provide analysis and reporting on business activity, compliance, and risk assessments.
* Manage and oversee Group projects related to technology, including any third-party consultants supporting the projects.
* In collaboration with Head of Events/Retail and Operations, develop and implement a risk assessment approach for boutiques to update, when required, all technology equipment.
* Ensure, in collaboration with the Group HSE Manager, that new construction projects apply Group guidelines in the areas of Health, Safety and Environment and are respecting local regulations and have the necessary local authority approvals.
* Support constructive and/or technology related exceptions/queries and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
* Maintain a list of major Real Estate projects and monitor their status with regards to technology/constructive needs and compliance.
* Liaise with the PS Operations Manager and support the tracking and closure of Physical Security technology non-compliances with the respective risk owners and ensure risk mitigation measures are undertaken.
* Liaise with the Group Risk and Assurance Team to support the creation and implementation of a program of third-party assessments (against Richemont standards) in regard to technology.
* Give feedback on the assurance process with regards to physical security technology related controls and processes.
* Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
* Keep track of the security related budget and set up appropriate KPI's.
* Document and communicate meeting via minutes, PowerPoint, workflow.
* Create visibility by using appropriate tools and create reports as well as security related KPI's.
* Highlight any risk related to resources, cost and deadline.
* Lead the contract in collaboration with the security third-party provider.
* Develop and maintain communication with stakeholders such as the Procurement and Finance departments.
* Assess the quality of the security third party.
* Work with the security third-party to implement and monitor the follow up indicators (KPI's) and security level agreement (SLA).
* Develop, implement and update a Richemont strategy related to security technology including new technology opportunities (cloud-based services, intelligent video-surveillance).
* Develop, implement and update a security technology guideline.
* Develop strategic and tactical connection with worldwide security technology vendors and develop their understanding of Richemont needs.
* Liaise with relevant vendor partners to identify new/forthcoming arrangements that both minimize costs, add value and mitigate risks.
* Coordinate and support Physical Security managers for all questions related to technology when required.
* Monitor, consolidate and analyse data to provide guidance/solutions to key stakeholders, including top management.
* Establish and develop relevant relationships and networks with key organizations and worldwide security technology vendor.
You will be considered for this role if you have:
* More than 10 years' experience in Physical Security and proven operational excellence.
* Appropriate management qualification in Physical Security.
* The ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.
* The ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics.
* Fluent English language skills.
