Together, we’re not just reaching for the stars; we’re building a constellation of success.Your MissionEngage with key stakeholders towards setting clear project objectives and key products to be delivered in order to fulfill Contract obligationsDrive Project profitability including on-time and on-quality deliveryDevelop project documentation, agree project plan baseline including scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, and deadlinesLead a global (sometimes largely virtual) project environment of qualified members from suppliers, engineering and production team members and build strong relationships with customersEnsure coordination and leadership towards team members; that they are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively and in partnership with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomesDrive project execution; track delivery; expect, monitor and control change, own change management; pro-actively seek and resolve blockersConduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvementDrive communication with the Customer, ensure timely information exchange and constant cooperation.
