Job Description: Euronet seeks to employ a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist and enhance sales operations and administrative functions at our offices in Switzerland.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and contribute to a leading multinational financial services company with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the sales team with contracts, building permit applications, and customer correspondence.
Support the preparation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Manage document collection and liaise with authorities regarding approvals and processes.
Handle customer and merchant inquiries, providing excellent service and solutions.
Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and support with ad hoc projects.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in financial services or banking.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in German and French, both verbal and written. Good command of English language is considered a plus.
Must have legal right to work in the European Union, without the need of any visa sponsorship.
