Refarmed is a Swiss-based distributing company with more than 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specialized in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Finished Dosage Form (FDF). In 2022, Refarmed Chemicals was acquired by DKSH Group, the global Market Expansions Services provider, integrated within DKSH Business Unit Performance Materials.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Manager to join our team at Refarmed Chemicals, based in Lugano (CH). As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets for assigned territories and businesses, focusing on new business development and managing costs effectively to drive growth and profitability.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage Net Sales and Gross Margin responsibility for assigned territories
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers (up to 30% travel) in Turkey and our global supplier network to drive sustainable growth
Negotiate deals, monitor costs, and develop pricing and contract strategies to meet sales and margin targets
Proactively identify market opportunities, manage product portfolios, and collaborate with other business teams
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, forecasts, and market reports to achieve sales goals
Resolve customer issues, provide regular sales reports, and maintain records in Salesforce.com
Represent Refarmed and DKSH at exhibitions and industry events, and collaborate with Sales Support on day-to-day operations
Your profile
University degree in Pharmacy or a related field
2-3 years of experience in sales or account management in healthcare, biopharma, pharma or related business
Fluent in Italian, English and Turkish
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and autonomously in a multicultural environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills and a hands-on approach to business
