About the Role
In this role, you will be part of the Strategy & Insights Team responsible for using data and insights to improve the impact of our communications' activities across the board. You will coordinate closely with colleagues across Swiss Re to develop our ecosystem and drive projects that deliver impact for the communications function and ultimately our business and clients. Distilling actionable insights from data and driving GenAI adoption are just two exciting projects you'll be involved in.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse data, devise key insights on content and campaign performance and distill the findings in easy understandable reports; present the findings and learnings
• Be a strategic advisor to content and campaign managers; run ad-hoc analysis, answer key questions, address data issues
• Drive learning and adoption of data; generate actionable insights and be an advocate for a data-driven culture
• Support the further development of GenAI use cases and their adoption across Group Communications
• Stay on top of relevant developments & innovations in the communication data analytics area
• Collaborate with third parties like media agencies, content platforms and others to share data and insights.

About You
You're a communications/marketing professional with a university degree or equivalent in communications or marketing with > 3 years' experience in the financial services industry or in another B-to-B/B-to-C environment.
In addition, you're able to work effectively in a global corporate matrix and in an agile set-up, have strong critical thinking, analytical, and conceptual skills, are results-driven with a "can-do" personality, bring a healthy level of attention to detail and excel at planning and project management.
Essentials
• Data analytics experience (preferably for content performance, web, advertising, media channels, media and social listening)
• Proven analytical skills and ability to extract insights from the data and the ability to use data to influence strategies and tactics
• Content marketing experience and understanding of the impact of paid, owned and earned social media marketing activities for a B-to-B brand
• Familiarity in working with social listening tools (. Brandwatch, Meltwater), experience with social media analytics (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) as well as paid media analytics (display ads, programmatic, sponsored content, and search engine advertisement (SEA) a plus
Nice to Haves
• Strong PowerPoint skills as well as influencing/networking capabilities
• Ideally experience in dealing with C-level stakeholders
• Some experience in working with GenAI LLM models (eg MS Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI)
