Why is this opportunity for you?
As the General Manager, you will play a key role in the management and administration of this mountain hotel.
Your Mission:
Ensure operational excellence, keep costs under control, maintain quality standards, and maximize guest satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the COO and department heads to define the hotel's strategic direction.
2. Operational Excellence: Ensure that every element of the service strategy aligns with expected outcomes. Motivate teams to achieve service excellence and targeted financial results.
3. Supervision: Support department heads in their daily tasks.
4. Strategic Planning: Develop action plans to effectively respond to the results obtained. Work with teams to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and ensure the profitability of the establishment.
5. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in collaboration with technical managers.
6. Effective Communication: Lead weekly meetings and ensure harmony between different departments and the Group's support services.
7. Employee Engagement: Encourage employees to deliver excellent service and actively participate in daily meetings.
8. Commercial Initiatives: Promote the brand to regional players through targeted commercial initiatives.
9. Customer Experience Management: Effectively respond to customer complaints and work with teams to improve Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) results.
Your Profile:
1. Education: Degree in hotel management or equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing a 4-star mountain hotel within a recognized group.
3. Authorization: All necessary licenses to manage a lodging establishment in Switzerland.
4. Knowledge: Good understanding of the Swiss hotel market in the Grisons.
5. Skills: Proficiency in office software, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, decision-making ability, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and leadership competencies.
Additional Information:
1. Contract: Year-round
2. Salary: Based on profile x 13 months excluding bonuses
