The Business Analyst joining our team will be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and overcome challenges. Your expertise in problem-solving and creativity will drive the implementation of technological solutions and process improvements, ensuring we meet our business objectives with precision.
We are seeking a candidate who will play a key role in providing innovative IT solutions, shaping our IT landscape, adapting to ongoing changes and providing comprehensive support to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Engage with ISO/CS business leaders, product owners and end-users to understand how changes to processes, products and services can improve efficiencies - balancing what’s technologically feasible, financially sustainable and functionally reasonable.
Lead/participate in the business analysis planning and monitoring business analysis activities in various IT-related projects.
Work closely with the development team to validate solution designs and be the main contact to discuss functional requirements.
Lead/assist in elicitation, requirements analysis and design definition, solution evaluation activities.
Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements. Develop and maintain product specifications.
Quality assurance activities such as testing and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Produce and maintain resources that support end-users to use ISO products or services efficiently.
Report to: Head of Projects and Support, Information Technology Services (ITS)
Qualification and Experience
Formal certification in the field of business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other).
Experience using business analysis best practices, working as/or with IT product owners and translating business requirements into functional specifications in the context of IT products.
Ability to use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which current processes can operate more effectively.
Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset and ability to explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impact.
Confident working with complex data, systems and processes.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
Tech savvy and solid understanding of AI models and how to include them appropriately in applications.
Strong written communication (functional specifications, user guides, user stories etc.).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
English (oral & written communication) required. French is a plus.
Hands-on personality, autonomous, open and inclusive.
