Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Collaborate with a high-performing and forward-focused agile team to identify and prioritize testing activities based on project requirements.
2. Develop a comprehensive test strategy and create detailed test plans to ensure thorough test coverage.
3. Lead the development and execution of testing strategy with a strong focus on test automation using Tricentis TOSCA.
4. Maintain and optimize automated test scripts to achieve high coverage and reliability.
5. Manage and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support as needed.
6. Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline.

Our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Testing Automation Engineer who can lead and oversee our test automation strategy, frameworks, and processes.
This role is critical in both designing the overall testing automation process and being hands-on in implementing automation solutions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager with hands-on expertise in test automation.
3. Strong knowledge of Test Automation methodology and tools, with a deep focus on Tricentis TOSCA for automation.
4. Familiarity with additional testing tools such as Xray, Neoload, API testing, and ServiceNow.
5. Proven experience in establishing quality assurance processes and automation frameworks.
6. Advanced Level Certification in Software Testing (ISTQB) and Tricentis TOSCA Certification would be an advantage.
7. Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.
Please note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this role. Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino/Switzerland. Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy.
