As a Global Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Marketing Intern, you will join our Global Retail team in Kilchberg and report to the Global Marketing Manager D2C. Global Retail passionately translates the LINDT brand equity into a distinctive omni-channel experience, bringing chocolate smiles to our customers. As part of our team, you will be shaping all portfolio and marketing-related activities for our 500+ Lindt Shops and 24 Online Shops worldwide. The ideal start would be October 2024.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Enable the local implementation of our global Portfolio strategy of our physical Lindt Shops and Online Shops.
Identify best practice key marketing activities to build traffic, drive conversion & repeat purchase for our Lindt Shops globally.
Work closely with our subsidiaries to support the local implementation of our global newsletter/CRM content strategy.
Gain experience in portfolio analysis, reporting, and creating impactful presentations.
Take over responsibility for your own small projects.
YOUR PROFILE: Completed or advanced Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration/related subjects.
First working experience in the FMCG/retail/e-commerce/hospitality sector is an advantage.
Entrepreneurial, proactive and communicative personality.
Independent, precise and conscientious way of working with self-initiative.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
Fluent in English; German and other language skills are a plus.
