Senior Sales Manager Job Description:
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, inspiring and leading the direct sales force, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement growth strategies for all direct markets and distributors in EMEA.
* Inspire, lead, and motivate the direct sales force and sales agencies to achieve sales goals.
* Manage a team of 18 people based in various European locations.
Requirements
* Proven track record in key account management or similar experience in FMCG or a major sports/outdoor brand.
* Experience in managing teams across different countries, with responsibilities of leading, coaching, and developing team members.
* Deep knowledge of the European running specialties and/or outdoor industry and values.
* Experience with and understanding of running and outdoor consumers, preferably as an active sports participant.
* Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* High energy, goal-oriented, and driven individual who excels at achieving results.
