Project/Role: This product team is responsible for the further development of innovative components for the automated evaluation of telecommunications data. The agile way of working requires close cooperation within the team and with various stakeholders. To support us, we are looking for an experienced business analysis specialist who brings analytical thinking, commitment and persuasiveness. Start: January 2nd, 2025, for 80% in Bern until December 31st, 2029
Tasks:
* Moderation : Conducting workshops both within the team and with customers. Documenting and processing the findings from the workshops.
* Specifications : Clarification and documentation of the requirements provided by the business, including technical specifications. Incorporation of the perspectives of developers and test managers into the specification. Delivery of specifications, requirements, web service definitions, batch documentation, database documentation and acceptance criteria according to sprint specifications.
* Documentation: Creation of sustainable and model-based documentation (UML). Delivery of product documentation according to sprint specifications.
* Organization: Participation in agile meetings (daily, planning, retrospective) to promote team communication and organization.
Requirements:
* University or technical college degree, ideally in computer science, business informatics or related fields.
* IREB certification or comparable training in business analysis (e.g. CAS, diploma).
* At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis with a focus on complex projects.
* Practical experience in public administration or in large companies (over 500 employees).
* At least 6 months of practical experience with Elastic Stack technology, proven by at least one reference project no older than 5 years.
* Proven knowledge of UML tools such as Innovator, MagicDraw or Sparx Enterprise Architect (at least 2 years per tool with a workload of at least 60%).
* Experience in process modeling (BPMN) and creation of an enterprise architecture
* Confident use of agile methods and at least 2 years experience with Scrum
* Familiarity with Jira (at least 1 year)
Languages:
* German: fluent in spoken and written (at least C1)
* English: proven knowledge at least B2 level
* French: advantageous from B2 level
