Business Manager at KLANIK
The Business Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the development and sustainability of the Business Unit by:
* Developing an effective commercial strategy to drive growth
* Conducting smart prospecting, identifying client needs, and scheduling meetings with minimal resources
* Converting prospects into clients through qualifying their needs, proposing optimal solutions, negotiating, and ensuring project success
* Recruiting and managing a team of 10-15 full-time engineer talents to execute these projects
* Maintaining a strong field presence to identify new business opportunities with clients and engineering consultants
Key Challenges
* Managing diverse technical environments, contacts, and situations while taking calculated risks daily
* Effective human management of a team of consultants
* Navigating a highly competitive context
* Implementing a commercial development and deployment strategy
Required Profile
* Possesses a Master's degree from a recognized business school or university
* Holds at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
* Has prior experience working in an IT services company (ESN) on the Geneva market
* Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
