Identify and seize new business opportunities in the Ticino region.
Train and support partners on product features and benefits.
Create sales strategies tailored to the local market.
Attend trade shows and events to strengthen brand awareness.
Track sales performance and report to management.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Commercial background (e.g., Federal Diploma in Sales, Bachelor in Marketing or International Business).
2. Proven experience in selling kitchen appliances or related products.
3. Strong knowledge of the Swiss market and distribution channels.
4. Energetic, independent, and excellent negotiation skills.
5. Willingness to travel within the Ticino region.
6. Fluent in Italian and good French skills (German is a plus).
