Responsibilities
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and negotiating customer/stakeholder requirements to define the development baseline and ensure a clear understanding of expectations.
* Specify and maintain control system and sub-system requirements and document them in specifications.
* Define System Interface Requirements Specifications to clarify the boundary of the system of interest.
* Apply MBSE methods to ensure specification robustness.
* Perform concept studies, set up functional prototypes, implement models and simulations to evaluate system design and architectures.
* Manage, record and track change requests while analyzing the impact on the system, sub-system and other functionalities.
* Ensure versioning and configuration management of the system requirements.
* Ensure active claim management and root cause analyses.
* Define system acceptance criteria and corresponding validation strategy.
* Create functional, performance, robustness and vulnerability tests.
* Perform validation, summarize test results and analyze deviations.
Your Profile
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control Engineering or related domains.
* Prior experience in the Automotive or powertrain industry is required.
* Familiarity with ASPICE SYS.x process and methods is essential.
* Knowledge of MBSE methodologies, processes and tools is necessary.
* Familiarity with functional safety related development is required.
* Proficiency in English (C1); knowledge of French or German is a plus.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
