Your responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the project for transforming Workday service and change management processes for the Swiss Life Group and its Divisions, including their migration into an existing ITSM framework
2. Oversee the integration and configuration of JIRA as the primary ticketing tool for Group HR
3. Apply expert knowledge and best practices for Workday service and change management processes and JIRA customization. Support the adaptation of the governance framework as needed
4. Planning, controlling and reporting on the progress of the programme ( scope, time, cost, quality, risks, deliverables)
5. Developing and improving the roadmap and workstream plans incl. resourcing and budget management
6. Prepare documents for the Steering Committee and the Group Management Board
7. Manage dependencies between different areas and the systems they use
Your profile
8. In depth knowledge of IT Service and Delivery Management
9. Knowledge in MS 0365
10. Knowledge in JIRA, JIRA for Service and Confluence implementation and configuration
11. Proven experience in portfolio and project management
12. Dealing with established project management methods (PMP and SCRUM) and their successful application in an operational environment
13. Experience in the financial industry in the field of HR and IT, knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
14. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach
15. Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a convincing manner with different stakeholder groups
16. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred
17. Fluent english and german
