General Information: Location: Baden Contract: Temporary Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1,5 year (extension possible) Working Hours: 100% Type of working: Home office possible 5 days/week Your responsibilities: Support the development and execution of corporate procurement strategies across multiple domains Support IT-related projects (e.g., services, hardware, software, and operations) from a procurement and sourcing standpoint Contribute to process improvements in areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Supplier Risk & Performance Management, and Procurement Sustainability Ensure alignment and compliance with procurement policies, standards, and initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT stakeholders and suppliers to deliver strategic sourcing and category management projects Analyze supplier markets and develop negotiation strategies to drive cost savings and added value Utilize procurement tools such as SAP Ariba (including eAuctioning), Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and decision-making support Your qualifications: University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, category management, or IT-related procurement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities Excellent analytical skills and a highly organized, results-driven approach Proven expertise in contract management Proficiency in SAP Ariba, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint Business fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
