Your ResponsibilitiesYou ensure day-to-day administration coordination of all employees matters for the defined population in accordance with internal HR policies and audits standards, maintaining accurate records in HR systemsYou actively support HRBP's throughout the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding (relocation), employee development, case management (absence, conflict, warning), and departureYou lead recruitment cycles for permanent, temporary and young talents positions in line with business needs (selection of recruitment partners, kick-off meeting with hiring managers, job postings, screening, interviews and offers)You manage the departure process of defined population, ensuring proper documentation and conducting exit interviewsYou provide a 1st level support to employees, addressing HR inquiries and offering guidance on policies and proceduresYou prepare all types of legal documents, including those linked to the employee lifecycle (employment contracts and amendments, work permits, work certificates,...)You lead the young talents (YT) lifecycle for a dedicated area: onboarding, employee development, case management (absence, conflict, warning), and departureYou provide support in HR projects, contributing to process improvements and employee experience initiativesYou assist the management of L&D individual requestsYou prepare impactful presentations, communications and reports on HR-related topics to support decision-making and internal communicationYou collaborate with the HR Team to drive continuous improvements within the HR departmentYou act as abackup for HR Coordinators to ensure continuity of operationsYour ProfileYou have completed your Bachelor's degree or equivalent, you possess an HR certificate or Brevet RHYou have been working in HR for 3-5 years You are fluent in French and English, German would be an assetYou have experience on HRIS (ideally SAP)You have excellent communication, teamwork skills, as well as customer orientationYou are distinguished by your hands-on approach, you are solution and detail-orientedYou have strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesYou are capable of handling confidential information with discretionYou like thinking out of the box and be creative Our OfferCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
