You will be expected to provide support and advice on cross-border (XB) rules and risks, to manage XB risks for the business line and ensure that PWM operates in compliance with regulations and laws in force .
Your role
* Taking part in drafting, updating and implementing XB-related procedures and policies.
* Reviewing and analyzing the updates of the XB manuals provided by our external provider (in cooperation with them and our internal Legal team).
* Preparing XB committee agendas, keeping action logs and taking committee meeting minutes.
* Providing support and expertise on XB matters to Group functions, other Risk & Compliance functions for PWM and PAS worldwide and other departments (i.e. Credit and HR).
* Acting as an XB expert contact for the Front Office (providing advice with the interpretation of the XB country manuals).
* Educating the Front Office about XB rules and risks through regular training and awareness sessions .
* Providing assistance with audit and control testing enquiries and recommendations related to XB matters.
Your profile
* University degree in Business, Law or equivalent.
* At least five years’ experience in finance and risk management.
* Good knowledge of XB regulations and risks.
* Excellent command of French and English (both written and spoken).
* Expert user of Microsoft Office.
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
* Must be resident in Switzerland
