In order to strengthen our functional teams in migration projects, customization, and operation of our clients' cloud platforms, we are looking for a Specialist in UC and VoIP implementation (MS Teams).
Your role and responsibilities:
Within the Business Apps and Collaboration department, as a specialist in unified communication and VoIP, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing communication solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of reliability, performance, and security in Microsoft Teams environments.
Your expertise will enable our clients to fully leverage these platforms for enhanced collaboration and increased productivity.
Key responsibilities:
* Implementation of Microsoft Teams: Lead the deployment and configuration of these solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing infrastructure.
* VoIP expertise: Design and manage VoIP solutions within these platforms, optimizing call quality and reliability.
* Solution architecture: Design unified communication architectures to meet specific client needs.
* Solution migration: Plan and execute smooth migrations from existing solutions.
* Security and compliance: Ensure deployments adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
* Troubleshooting and support: Provide expert-level support for platform-related issues, quickly resolving technical problems.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
* Guaranteeing the analysis and definition of the technical and functional scope:
o Participate in requirements gathering and drafting functional specifications.
o Recommend and validate technical solutions based on approved functional specifications.
o Contribute to the creation and updating of the Sword Technologies service catalog and offerings in your area of expertise (including participation in pre-sales meetings).
Your Profile :
* University degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Teams solutions.
* Deep knowledge of VoIP protocols and technologies.
* Familiarity with UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) platforms.
* Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate or equivalent (preferred).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* French and English fluent (both are mandatory)
